Who am I?
I’m a passionate artist and a soon-to-be university graduate, excited to take the next step in my creative journey. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, bringing their diverse visions to life across various projects.
From design to illustration, I thrive on challenges and love pushing the boundaries of my creativity.
Whether in school or beyond, I’m always inspired to keep creating art that connects, inspires, and speaks to people.
The Process
My creative process begins with the traditional foundation of physical drawing. I believe that the tactile nature of pen on paper sparks raw, organic ideas that digital tools can’t replicate. I sketch out my concepts freely, exploring shapes, forms, and patterns, allowing my ideas to evolve naturally. Once I’ve identified the elements I’m most excited about, I transition to digital creation, where I refine and bring those sketches to life with precision and detail.
From there, I take the next step of experimentation, generating over a dozen variations of different parts of the design—be it textures, colors, compositions, or arrangements. I treat this phase like assembling a Frankenstein monster, mixing and matching pieces until I find what works best. It’s a process of trial and error, a constant balancing act of creativity and refinement.
Only when every element feels right do I stitch everything together into a cohesive final piece. The result is a carefully crafted design that captures both the essence of my initial inspiration and the client’s vision. This layered, exploratory approach allows me to push boundaries and create something truly unique, every single time.
Who/What is this character?
A question I receive fairly often is, “Who is this character that I chose to represent myself online in nearly every social platform I have?”
This character I use is actually from a romance manga series called “Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai”, it is the main character, Sakuta Azusagawa.
I chose him as the foundation for my digital representation for a few reasons:
He’s generic, an easy way not only for me to see myself in but hopefully for others (my audience) to feel the same.
At the time I was setting up my digital presence, I had just finished reading the series and watching the animated series that went with it, I was deeply moved by certain elements of the story, and just so happened to cling to this character.
With the amount of edits I have done with this character, I hope to one day do a full head to similar toe design, but that’s truly my own.
You can see some of the progress towards this venture in the Works-in-progress page.
